It's time we end this destructive practice of "equality" at all costs.

Women are NOT men and they're NOT good at the same things as men.

Tal said "Egypt had a lot of female pharaohs"...but this isn't true...there were 7 out of 170...4% were women...and it was usually temporary rule as her son aged to maturity. Nobody said..."wow, women in charge is great, lets change the system". The Magna Carta didn't also declare that women make more just/capable leaders...queens instead of kings...did it? That would have been the time.

You pick out a very few isolated cases where "diversity" was good...and then try to apply it to everything. There are the "one in a billion" women who ARE capable...but there are also 999 million men who can/did do it better.
