Men feel things deeply and do not like to talk about their feelings. I had always been blessed with living and being around kind and gentle men in my life and it was very easy to like them and enjoy their presence. AND to talk comfortably about feelings, and to show anger without the threat of physical rebuke. Men are generally much bigger and stronger than women. Women hurt with words....and so do men sometimes.

There are cold men who are selfish and the same with women and I see much more cruel and heartless talk and language from both genders as we get older.

Found this video and was really taken with the fact that high school boys reacted with raised heartbeat and blood pressure even more than same age girls did to a tape of a baby crying. I would have thought it would be the opposite.

I didn't listen to the whole tape but I will link it and then people can post cruel and scathing and unkind things except the ones I know right now who won't.
I don't know whether it is making progress or not that I am not as badly hurt by these comments when I read them.
