You see...
if you're white and successful, a kid costs a fortune. Upwards of a couple of hundred thousand $s for 18 years.
If you're a minority with nothing and no future...you get PAID to have kids...a couple of hundred thousand $s for 18 years. Welfare can pay $60,000 a year in benefits.
