Has anyone else had trouble getting a shot at Buffalo Ridge?

An emphatic yes!
When I called for an appointment to take our three dogs in for the shot, I was told I couldn't get an appt. for three weeks.
This was a couple of months ago.
I was furious.
Let me add that we have been clients of Buffalo Ridge for four years and not some fly-by-night dog owner.
I knew that a tech could give the shots and it wouldn't take more than ten minutes for the three of them, if that.
When they told me that was how it was, I vowed never to go back to Buffalo Ridge under any circumstances.
In my mind, there is no excuse for the way I was handled.
