On O'Dell Circle, going uphill by the rec center, this golf cart with 2 occupants in their 30's passed me at a minimum of 30 mph. I am certified in laser, radar, and vascar, and I can judge speed within 2 mph.
The time is coming to have identifying numbers of some kind, just like on a boat or on a small plate as on a m/c. How else can we stop these lunatics and their hot rod golf carts. There just isn't enough Sheriffs to get the job done.
