I think maybe some self-reflection is in order.
ANY GOLF CART exceeding 20mph IS a hazard. They are not designed for that, the brakes are not designed for that. All you have to do is kiss a curb at that speed, goodbye control, you'll be laying on your side wondering what just happened. My cart goes 19.9 on the flats, maybe 20.3 down hill, then the governor kicks in and slows me right down.
Notice I didn't refer to a LSV.
