Usually its a disabled person not able to negotiate a turn,et c. a golf cart driver DUI, a golf cart driver distracted or confused
It may be, the OP claim is not just hubris, but even if it is not, I doubt there are very many golf carts that can maintain a speed above 20mph on MMP given the congestion with other carts, bicycles and pedestrians. This topic continues to be a "nothingburger"and it is re-created every time someone gets a bee in their bonnet".
