The ability of the OP to judge a vehicle going 30mph without the aid of radar is astonishing.

For those who have speedometers which also provide Average speed stats, etc, check you average speed.

I have been here for 11 years and this issue repeats
ad nauseam and ad infinitum. I have yet to see, read hear that a golf accident was the direct result of so called speeding.

Usually its a disabled person not able to negotiate a turn,et c. a golf cart driver DUI, a golf cart driver distracted or confused

It may be, the OP claim is not just hubris, but even if it is not, I doubt there are very many golf carts that can maintain a speed above 20mph on MMP given the congestion with other carts, bicycles and pedestrians. This topic continues to be a "nothingburger"and it is re-created every time someone gets a bee in their bonnet".
