I get that...I really do.
However, doing 75 mph on the turnpike or interstate is also illegal, so why don't we see any
"rants" (OP's description)... for people who drive 76 mph in 70 mph zones?
I just don't get why some people take great umbrage when they get passed by a golf cart doing 21-23 mph...while they're doing 19.9 mph.
And once again, I'm only referencing the basic speed issue...not any other unsafe actions that may occur (even at 15 mph).
To me, and it's just my opinion, it's analogous to people who are more concerned about being killed by some radical religious nutcase...than by a drunk driver.
Even if they're 50 times more likely to be a victim of the latter...than the former.
It's just simply not logical to me.
