Please my intent was not to question your veracity but without GPS, radar its difficult to pinpoint speed other than to say the other guy was going faster. In the situation you explain the driver could have been going slower or faster than 30mph.

Some folks just get annoyed and some down right resentful when another vehicle passes them whether its on the road or a MMP.

I only get mad if the overtaking is "unsafe". Again given the heavy traffic both on roads and MMP's there are not many people able to "make their move".

On many roadways they study the traffic patterns , speed of drivers and then make adjustment therein. The majority of drivers on MMP's are sensible people and as such adjust according to their environment in a responsible manner.

Every time this subject comes up it amounts to "that driver" (singular) but expands into a crisis on the MMP's ??????????
