OP bought a home that had sat empty for 4 years. One would think neighbors would be happy someone is trying to bring house back to the living.

Our preowned had been neglected for 2 years. It took four people 11 hours to clean the inside and make it a livable home again.

The yard had not been watered for over a year, took 4 hours to clean up the yard that had Many used as their own personal dog park. We still are having the lawn top dressed and am hoping it will turn around. We have neighbors stop by to say how great the progress looks.
