Fox has legally registered as "entertainment". They fought for, and won, the right to lie and promote false stories as their First Amendment right. In return they had to drop that "Fair and Balanced" BS tagline. They do employ two actual journalists, Shep Smith and Bret Bauer, the rest are "opinion" pieces, especially the Three Dummies on a Divan.
