You want a pet peave: people walking their dogs in the marked cart lane with a sidewalk directly across the street - that is much more irritating and dangerous or people walking two abreast around a curve on the rec path - talk about dangerous.
Some golf cart speeding ...eh..🙄. Even if identified ... what are going to do run em down and write a ticket. I think not.
