The cockpit automation has to equal that of a modern day airliner....auto settings, auto alarms, anti collision, etc, etc.

Having said what I said in a previous post in this thread, given the sophistication of the cruise/navigation/mitigation systems there just has to be more to the story than is being released for public consumption.
