I can appreciate your situation. I will agree strong perfume or stale tobacco smoke is far from pleasant.
But not to sound uncaring but your medical condition is no concern for others. If you cant go out to minglewith others, no matter how offensive you think they are, you need to adjust your lifestyle
But those that stink also need to tone it down.
