The fact they are licensed doesn't preclude them from suing you. If you back your car into the Massey service person , you are going to get sued. And if he's insured for his injuries by workers comp and the workers comp carrier pays for his medical bills and disability, they will also be coming after you.

So don't be fooled that a contractor being licensed and insured protects you from being sued if somebody is injured on your property, it doesn't.
