He went to the Trump Tower meeting with the Russian lawyer in order to obtain damage to the Clinton campaign. He took a message to the Russians that IF his Daddy got elected, the Russian sanctions would be revisited.

No way around it! It was a quid pro quo deal! Even though the Russian lawyer did not produce the "dirt", it definitely proves collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians.

It also proves lying on Donnie Jr's part to Mueller's investigation.
