We are fixing up our patio villa to rent, hopefully starting by Dec. 1.

Our NC house is supposed to close on Mon., but I am afraid to count my chickens before they hatch. So will wait til the $ is in my hand before I spend it.
I CAN"T IMAGINE the stress you guys must be going thru...
But I believe when something doesn't happen when and how I want it to, there's a reason.
And it always works out for the best. And I believe it will for you guys too...
