Default Interesting character from one of my former home towns-- the Waver
I remember this man Ed Carlson waving at people whenever I would drive Reno in the 1970s. Always wondered about who he was and why he was doing this. http://www.rgj.com/apps/pbcs.dll/art...80508/0/NEWS18

The Villages Daily Sun had taken a segment about him and put it in their news of the states section a few days back.
