This would mean that south of SR44A in the Brownwood, Alden Bungalows, Antrim Dells, VOF, and SO which are all in Wildwood the minimum age to operate a golf cart is actually 16. Won't this create a stink if they decide to enforce it.

I thought the 35 mph rule is for street legal carts only. Regular carts are restricted to 20 mph roads. Is this not correct ? Can a municipality override this rule and if so has Wildwood done this in sections outside The Villages ?
