Golf carts are limited to roads UNDER 35.... that means 30 and less. (Did you ever notice Morse Blvd. is 30 mph north of 466 and 35 mph south of 466?)

Went to the GOLF CART SAFETY CLASS in 2004 when I moved here. May I ask when did you attend?
