Page 12 has the instructions for erasing and re-learning transmitter codes. You'll also need to re-program your Wireless Keyless Entry keypad. Here's a link to the manual for doing that.

In the meantime you can disable the opener by moving the switch located near the bottom of the controller to the "locked" position.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: You must erase all old codes in the receiver (see page 12) or the problem will continue, even if you add a new code. Read and follow the instructions.

The first time I changed the code in the receiver I did not erase the old code(s) so the problem continued.
