Moore was the Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. It would take a lot of political clout to take him on and these women probably were not stupid enough to try. You need someone with clout to get things started with Humpty Dumpty falling off the wall. He still has a lot of the King's Horses and Men watching out for him though. Just like Donald John Trump. This man had an army of lawyers and the money to pay for them. Now he has the Presidency.
