[Carl in Tampa]

Dr. Georg Couturier, founder of Heart of The Villages, with offices on Main Street in Spanish Springs.

During my initial visit with him in his office he spent an incredible full hour with me going over my condition. He had attended me in The Villages Regional Hospital when I was an emergency admission. He had a great bedside manner, sense of humor, and good assistants.

Even after I moved back to Tampa I continued to visit him periodically for a couple of years until he expressed concern that if I later had new problems and were admitted to a hospital in Tampa, he could not attend me. He advised I get a local doctor who would be familiar with my case.

I did so, and I miss him.
