I had a female stalker for almost nine months at the U of MN but my roommate/girlfriend got the worst of Gail's craziness. She was looking for materials at the U of MN Law Library in defense of a criminal complaint against her for stalking a Math Professor at the U of MN. I helped her as a reference librarian too much. And she fixated on me. The U of MN could not do much of anything about it until she followed me home one day.
