There are probably many factors that come into play with the pricing of Fenney houses. If people don’t mind a possible smaller lot, a wait for golf cart access to the rest of TV, and a lot of construction activity, the Fenney pricing structure will influence people to purchase a house there rather than a resale.
Plus, some people just prefer new. |
If and when golf cart access is complete it will still take close to an hour to get to LSL from Fenny. Brownwood gets tiring very quickly.
