Actually? Say it is not true...young liberals moving into homes built on a filled in swamp! The homes being vacated by the old dying are not energy efficient...Don't the liberals care about the ecology anymore?
Oh, and they never never pay retail...so how would that drive up prices?
I did see an uncared for property recently, it was on the way to Spanish Springs and had been neglected for years, they had to tear the house down. The occupants were African-Americans, they used to sit in chairs under the weed infested carport. Are the African-Americans usually liberals?
