Try a Google search "laser spine institute reviews", there were multiple locations with information, including some info on what is and is not covered by Medicare and Insurance. I would follow this up with a search on known medical web sites (webmd, etc.) use the term MISS and Laser assisted MISS.

There was one statement that I stumbled across in the search that most of the Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery (MISS) done in the US does NOT use a laser, with the implication that these are covered.....
