Bankruptcy is a tool for those able to take advantage of what it provides. Many wealthy people use it and it has nothing to do with whether they can afford anything or how their fortunes were made.
There are financial benefits to be had utilizing allowed bankruptcy procedures.
The negative inferences in a post above is laughable and displays lack of knowledge how the system works and is legally allowed to work.
