Anyone have a Gardenia that could verify that?

I can verify that. We have a Begonia, which is a Gardenia with a golf cart garage but otherwise the same layout. There is not only the dining room between the living room and the bedroom, but also a little hallway leading into the master bedroom.
We've never had a noise problem, and there is the added benefit of not being able to see into the bedroom from the living room like you can in the models where the three bedrooms are all on one side.
Further, we put the bed on the far, end wall rather than between the two windows on the back wall. There's plenty of room for a king and two night tables, with room for two dressers (or three if you wish) and a chair in the corner. The bed being on the far, end wall puts it even farther away from the living room.
