Per CWGuy: Online: VCDD Utilities has contracted with Point & Pay to allow customers to pay your bills with Master Card, Discover, American Express, Visa, or electronic check. A convenience fee on the amount is paid to Point & Pay. Customers can access the portal via the link on the District website at Village Community Development Districts. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
