MOST charter schools are segregated...and MOST are failing. "Charter" doesn't mean good. I had a lot about them in another post...do a search for charter schools if you can. It was an interesting article. The takeaway point was:
The ONLY thing that improves a schools scores is white students...no amount of money will improve a schools average...ONLY white students do that...Asians too but in high school they're not plentiful enough to skew the numbers.
Diversifying black schools with whites was the ONLY thing that brought up a schools scores.
