You're stating different criteria here. Just because an area isn't as nice as white Main St doesn't make it a cesspool. I agree that most MLK Blvd areas are cesspools but that doesn't mean they all are. And I don't plan to criss-cross the country researching them either.

You you're NOT right but it seems to be how you operate. I listened to what Cosby said and I agreed with it.
