The fact is McCain was not in the church during the first half hour of Obama's interview, as assumed by Rick Warren, as he was traveling in a motorcade to the site. Once there he went into the silent room. So the question is, did McCain or any of his staff here the questions during that time and relay the information to McCain?

An unequivocal denial from McCain, stating neither he or his aides heard anything prior to his appearance on stage and he had no advance knowledge of any of the questions, would appear to be an amicable resolution. It sure doesn't seem too difficult for McCain to accomplish in order to eliminate any doubts.
