If you are contemplating a move to TV sometime after your son's wedding in April, is your house ready to put on the market? Just getting it ready could keep you busy for several hours a week. Does anything need to be repaired, painted, etc.

And how much stuff are you planning on moving to Florida? This may be a good time to start purging, selling, giving away or donating what you don't want to take with you.
