Your tour company should provide you details - they will be using a "Visa company" to process the Visa. There is a cost involved. There are usually a few conditions that must be met. For example, your Passport will need to have at least 6 month remaining before it expires and you will need to have a few blank pages. If your Passport is not up to snuff, now is the time to apply for a new one. You will be physically sending your passport off, along with a Visa application and other required paperwork, to have the Visa stamped/glued to a blank page and then it will be returned to you.
