I will assume you mean that price with a house on the lot???
When we bought 4+ years ago, the lot for our (Designer) house was about $40,000 extra.
It is on a cul-de-sac and about 1/4 of an acre.
I'm sure the price would be higher in today's market.

there are several location throughout TV where the LOTS ONLY are/were $600,000 or more.
In Bridgeport at Lake Miona at the far end of Lake Miona Drive there is a cul de sac and the lots facing the lake were $600,000+.
