I have continuous sinus problems, but I had these before I moved here also. I did the ENT, family doctor, and allergist, followed by skin tests for allergies, and then a blood test (my cost) for food allergies, everything came up negative. Most recently during wellness check, PA suggested simply adding Claratin(?) and this seems to have helped. The filter in the house is a MERV8 which is a fairly efficient filter.
Before you spend a lot of money, you might try a room sized electronic air filter in the bedroom and see if that helps.
