We've not used him but got the name from the Jeweler in Brownwood who we have had good experience with.

I used to have a friend who did this work-he has passed away. For a little bit of knowledge-based on your description, it is a spring wound fairly inexpensive clock. Obviously as the spring winds down the force driving the clock lessened. It never could or would keep time as well as a modern quartz clock.

Be prepared-the bill is likely to be more than the clock is worth.
