YES they WILL...IF the state legislature is comprised of Democratic party minorities and women.

You MUST start from the ground up removing them or you're wasting your time. Repeal minority and women voting or you'll never get what you want...they're the majority...75% of Americas population is a woman or a minority....it'll be 90% in 30 years. Yes...it's simple math again.
