DEMOGRAPHICS is the KEY. A white, male dominated demographic thrives as evident in the world ranking lists...conditions deteriorate as the percent of whits goes down and those of black/Hispanics goes up.

1) you have to ditch the ethnic cleansing bit, you are helping the Type 2 enemies.
