This is a great opportunity for those in the Villages who care about their home towns. Of course, what is good for some borough in NYC is not going to work probably for a section of San Francisco, CA; Topeka, KS; Fargo, ND; Juneau, Alaska, etc.
I did write 4000 victim/witness assistance providers in the 1990s to see what they wanted in their LOCAL libraries for survivors/victims of crimes. I received a good number of answers and these were sent to every state in the United States and many of our territories as well. And I also wrote victimologists around the world for advice on what to do next.

Ok, so it's pretty obvious you did read my post but chose to ignore it. These were honest questions to try to not only help you validate what you are talking about, but to give those of us viewing your thread a better understanding of the library aspect of this. That being said, I can only assume you have no real desire to help anyone. I'll leave you to continue talking to yourself if that's what you wish.
