Default Check Disk and Repair Instructions
Click on START and select ACCESSories
Right Click on COMMAND PROMPT
Click on RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
Select YES
At the command prompt Type chkdsk c: /r /f
(There are spaces between kand c and : and / r and /)
Type Y for yes

Shut down the computer and then restart it.
On restart it will check disk and repair
It will take ~2 hours and then the computer will start
