What is in your local community's library?
I believe my old roommate from the U of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship and Information Management-- I had three along with a fourth MBA candidate-- is a public librarian in Washington State.
Whether or not he knows anything about the 224 613 Project is anyone's guess.

I have not even tried contacting my lover/roommate from just after graduating from law school at the U of MN. At least not in a while. I should send her an e-mail about how things are going. Same with my longer duration male law school roommate from my 2nd Year of Law School. Quite a nice guy for a lawyer. The shorter duration male roommate also a Law School grad in my same class was much more lawyer like.
My 3rd year roommate from the U of MN is a pharmacology professor at Yonsei University in South Korea who is in the same
Marquis Who's Who in the World volume (1995 or 1996?) as I am. I hope Donald John Trump and Kim Jong Un do not get him blown up!! He had a MD and a Ph.D already when he was my roommate and was getting a second one from a US university. Quite a nice man. Helped me move out of the dorm and into my apartment into a house in Dinkytown. I have sent him various snail mail letters about my 224 613 Project but he probably thinks I am crazy. Which is a typical re-action when you only see a few pieces of the puzzle.
Did send him a few e-mails this past year of 2017 but never heard anything back. And a few snail mails as well.
Anthony Hopkins is in the same volume as that professor and I. I used to write a selection of people listed in these Marquis Who's Who books about the 224 613 Project. Anyone that looked like they might offer an opportunity to get something done for survivors/victims of crimes relating to access to practical information.
