You mix up issues. The issue is Trump and his refusal to take Russia seriously as a threat, and how the NSC keeps away from that kind of stuff, which is very very dangerous.

It has nothing to do with sexual misconduct, although I am sure he also explodes when he lies to us about that subject also.
