If everybody who has had such an experience wrote to one of the directors they would eventually have to take notice, publicly, that all the non patient awards and accolades they get are meaningless.
If those who are dis-satisfied with TVRH in any way have not contacted those in authority.....SHAME ON YOU!!!
TVRH after all these years know they have a problem.....the silent majority does nothing but complain to their neighbors, hence TVRH administrators can stall and continue to do nothing.
Pre-expansion there were words of relief to come with the new expansion. Reality? Nothing change. Problem continues and is even worse.
We have watched, listened and experienced first hand this unacceptable drama for 14 years.
Expectation? No change!!
