Anyone can use these resources if they have a library card for that library.

I remember that the Washoe County Library had all kinds of Chilton Manuals. Car repair books. Service and Repair Manuals from Chilton - Official Site of Chilton Manuals

These are much easier to use with a hard copy than online.
