China and Russia are beginning to ascend to world leadership with the withdrawal of Trump's "America First" stance and his deliberate insults to other countries. So they are fighting back by attacking the dollar. Since 1945, it has been well known that the U.S. world superpower status has been based on two pillars: the world’s most powerful military and the dollar as the world’s unchallenged reserve currency, which allows it to control the global economy. This might not last much longer.
