The political climate is the way it is today for one reason. George W. Bush and his war in Iraq. All our other woes are byproducts.

I think the political acrimony began well before Iraq. It had festered during the Clinton years and came of age during the last two presidential elections with what happened in Florida and Ohio.

It, in my opinion, is not the fault of one party or the other...they are both to blame. They continue to put party before country and we continue to send them back to Washington.
