I gave these to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Detective having to get past the front desk person by showing her a letter I had received from my Federal Congressman about problems I was having on Findlaw due to a particularly nasty troll. The Congressman said he would look into laws preventing such harassment and libel online by anonymous for the most part posters.

There were about 108 documents in this pile sent from US State Governors, victim/witness assistance providers often within the State Attorney Generals offices, Members of Congress, M. Kathleen Price the Law Librarian of Congress at that time, scholars, etc. I gave these to a Criminal Intelligence Detective (Homicide) on September 18, 2002 in person.
