Librarians are good at getting the best information available especially if you find a library director who has a commitment to the needs of many various groups. Go talk with your local Library Director.
I plan to go talk to some of them soon. One checks me out of the library often with my books and I visit their Facebook page quite frquently and share stuff going on in their library.
